If shopping on our online store, please read the Terms and Conditions acceptance of which is required upon placing an order.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer or warehouse.  Most orders will ship within 5 business days unless it is a special or custom order. For special or custom orders, the estimated shipping time will be noted in the product description detail.

Please note that these are estimated shipping times and are subject to availability of products.  If a product you have ordered is on backorder or out of stock, we will notify you and you will have the option of waiting or cancelling the order.  At times, there may be additional manufacturer delays, due to backups in production.  If a problem like this arises, we will notify you as soon as possible.

We do not ship internationally or to Canada.  Some freight deliveries may not be available to Alaska or Hawaii.

*Please note that not all items for sale are elgible for Free Shipping. Some shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may require a shipping surcharge which will be levied when placing your order. Special weight based shipping charges may apply to larger items such as furniture and these additional charges will be noted in the form of a Freight Surcharge in the product description order detail.  The shipping price you are given when placing an online order may be an estimate and it is sometimes necessary for us to adjust the price on your credit card. Return Policy

There are no refunds or returns after 14 days from date of delivery. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No returns are accepted for gift certificates, special orders, close outs, clearance items and custom products; all such sales are final. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way).

If you would like to exchange or return an item purchased in the last 14 days that was not a final sale or a custom item, you will need to request a Return Authorization (RMA) number at  or by filling out the Return link found under the Customer Service section of the web site. After receiving a Return Authorization (RMA) number you will receive instructions on how to execute the return.  Exchange items or store credit items are not available for free shipping.  Shipping charges incurred for exchanges will be billed to the customer who placed the original order unless otherwise specified. Credits to credit cards take approximately two weeks to process from the time the returned item is received, inspected and processed.

Items returned without a Return Authorization (RMA) number, past 14 days, or not in original condition will be returned to customer at the customer's expense.

If you are placing a custom or special order, you may cancel a custom order within 24 hours of the time you place your order. After 24 hours, custom orders are non-refundable. All cancellations must be received in writing via email and delivered to

Damage Claims
Upon delivery, please inspect all shipped items carefully for any damage that may have occurred in transit and contact us immediately.  Claims against damaged items must be reported within 3 business days of receiving your shipment. Unfortunately, claims made after the 3 business days will not be accepted and are unable to be returned.

Please note: Photos are required for damage claim submission. Photos of the damage and of any noticeable damage to the inner/outer packaging or cartons are REQUIRED in order for claims to be processed.

Items returned and deemed to have no damage or defect will incur a 20% restocking fee per item along with freight to and from your address.

All original boxes and packing material must be retained to have your damage claim processed.

Delivery Considerations

There are certain considerations and circumstances out of our control that may arise and result in a delay in the production or delivery of your items. We do our best to estimate accurate lead times for each manufacturer but it is not a guarantee of a specific delivery date.  We will contact you as the estimated delivery time approaches and to give you a more specific timeframe of your ship date.   

Please note these delivery considerations: 

Freight carriers ship most of the furniture and other heavy weight items and they schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Freight companies will typically contact you a few days prior to the delivery to schedule a delivery date and time.  Most standard freight companies deliver furniture only to the outside your dwelling such as a driveway or curbside.  For additional charges that can you can negotiate directly with the shipping company, in-home delivery and/or set up may be available. Note that some freight items can be ONLY shipped within the 48 contiguous states.

Please do not schedule a delivery when no one is home to receive the items. If you need to reschedule the delivery with the delivery carrier, please contact them as soon as possible so as not to incur any charges for missed delivery appointments. If your scheduled appointment is missed, you will be charged a delivery trip fee.

Please carefully inspect items for damages that may occur in transit. If the item happens to arrive with any visible damage do not sign for/refuse the shipment and be sure to note the damage and condition of the packaging materials on the Bill of Lading. Take a photo if possible. We will be unable to assist you in the replacement of damaged goods or reimbursement if the above procedures are not followed. If you detect concealed damage upon opening of the shipment, please take photos and submit a RETURN claim immediately and within 3 business days of receiving the shipment.
